Okay, onto the pumpkin hand pies. These delicious turnovers come out perfectly fluffy, crispy, and flakey in the air fryer. Plus, they cook super quick. Which makes them a much easier option for filling that pumpkin pie craving – without actually baking an entire pie!

These tasty bits of goodness are made with puff pastry and a simple filling of pumpkin pie filling, pumpkin pie spice, egg, and milk. Air fry them to golden deliciousness. Finally, drizzle them with icing and enjoy! Yum Yum!

Air Fryer Pumpkin Hand Pies Recipes

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Additional Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 37 minutes

Whip up a batch of delicious air fryer pumpkin hand pies today! They are incredibly easy to make and taste amazing! 

Ingredients

  • 2 sheets frozen puff pastry (defrosted)
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 cup vanilla icing

Instructions

    1. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
    2. Unfold defrosted puff pastry and cut each sheet into 4 equal squares.
    3. In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin pie filling, egg, milk, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until fully conbined.
    4. Fill the center of each puff pastry square with 1 tablespoon of the pumpkin mix.
    5. Fold each puff pastry square at an angle, to make a triangle.
    6. Seal edges together with the tines of a fork.
    7. Spray each hand pie with cooking spray.
    8. Working in batches, arrange pumpkin hand pies in air fryer, spaced 1 inch apart.
    9. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
    10. Carefully transfer pumpkin hand pies to a cooling rack to cool, about 10 minutes.
    11. While hand pies are cooling, drizzle them with icing using a fork.
    12. Serve and enjoy!
